We are uncertain whether Lady Gaga wants to celebrate Halloween late, but she certainly seems to want to. She appeared dressed thus in Paris, outside the “Le Bristol” hotel, baring her chest while baffling fashionistas with her choice of clothing.
The 28 year old Gaga, who held a concert in Paris on the 31st of October is used to such “half naked” appearances. She dined at a fancy hotel with her dog, Asia.
