But a source has told DailyMail.com that things have not been going so well for the 44-year-old German supermodel and the 31-year-old New York-based art curator for the past several weeks.
‘It’s definitely a case of trouble in paradise for the couple,’ a friend said. ‘They haven’t been pictured together at all recently, and Heidi stayed in a hotel during her recent trip to New York.’ The mother-of-four arrived in Manhattan on September 7 and headed to a hotel, rather than staying with her long-term love at his property in the city.
And when the America’s Got Talent judge attended the Harper’s Bazaar Icons event in NYC over the weekend, she was not with Vito, who is the son of artist Julian Schnabel.
