Greek police have arrested a 58-year-old man as the prime suspect of a “Hollywood style” heist of safe deposit boxes worth thousands of euros at a Bank branch in Attica in 2020.

According to sources, the man has been identified as Vassilis Gurousis and was located on Wednesday, March 24, 2020, in an area of Attica by police officers of the Crimes against Property Department of the Attica Security Directorate for Life and Property Crimes.

He is reportedly the husband of the famous TV personality Teta Kampoureli. He has reportedly denied any involvement in the robbery, which included many diamonds and other valuables, however, the DNA found at the scene of the crime has “tied” him to the robbery.

According to information, no other people are involved in the specific burglaries.
