These are the new Covid-19 restrictive measures aimed at unvaccinated

The authorities want to keep the economy rolling during the Christmas period

The government gazette outlining the latest Covid-19 mesures was made public on Saturday. Their implementation will take effect from Monday, November 22nd.

The focus of the new restrictions is to segregate the unvaccinated citizens by excluding their access to indoor venues with the ultimate goal of keeping the economy and society open as the Christmas season approaches.

On the other hand, the “road map” of Athens until Christmas includes three stages of access for most of the daily activities, with all of them free for the vaccinated citizens and “forbidden” for the unvaccinated to enter indoors.

Access only for those who have been vaccinated or infected with coronavirus in the last six months:

· In nightclubs,

· Indoors (indoor) restaurants,

· In theaters,

· In cinemas,

· in museums,

· In the reports,

· At conferences,

· In the gyms

Access to vaccinated, ill in the last 6 months and unvaccinated with PCR or rapid test:

· In retail stores,

· In open (outdoor) dining areas,

· In hairdressers,

· In private and public workplaces

· in education

· In the areas of aesthetic services and other areas with related activities or services

· In places of worship

Access for children:

· From 0 – 4 years: Access everywhere without control

· From 4-17 years old: Access only if they have undergone a self-diagnostic self-test within the last 24 hours before their presence in the area.

Free access (without control):

· In supermarkets,

· In grocery stores (such as butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, confectioneries, and wineries)

· In pharmacies

The maximum possible presence of customers is 1 person / 9sq.m
