Nostos 4 evacuation operation of Greeks from Odessa successful

The evacuation operation involved 25 people

Operation #Nostos 4 for the evacuation of 25 people from Odessa was successfully completed, as Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias informed via his Twitter account.

These 25 civilians, Greeks, and foreigners crossed the Ukrainian -Moldovan border accompanied by Consul General Dimitris Dohtsis and were welcomed there by a delegation of the Greek Embassy in Bucharest.

The evacuation operation involved 25 people, 9 of whom were sailors of a Greek-owned ship. The 3 sailors were Greeks.

The operation started this morning from Odessa in the direction of the Zatoka bridge, then Belgorod, and finally Moldova.

The operation was coordinated by the Consul General in Odessa Dimitris Dohtsis, who is returning to Odessa.
