Newsroom October 5 01:16

The Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO) “Visit Greece” campaign video “Greece DOES have a Winter” is a candidate for the World’s Best Tourism Film award at the CIFFT “People’s Choice” Award 2022, as the organisation said in a post on social networks via its general secretary Dimitris Fragakis, stating the following :

“I am very proud of this campaign! It is the first time that such a promotional effort focused on winter tourism has been made. Our main goal was for Greece to start entering the range of winter destinations in Europe. We wanted to show that our Greece ALSO has winter and it is worth travelling here to live the experience”, he said.

After noting that Greece is an attractive destination he stressed that the organisation was moving forward with a specific strategy and initiatives to highlight the unique tourist brand of Greece.
