How to travel to South Korea in May for free

What the country's Tourism Board says, the deadline for applications

Newsroom April 18 12:04

South Korea is one of the most hip countries on the planet in the last decade, with a significant culture, a pioneer in modern technology and a renowned and unique gastronomy.

The South Korea Tourism Organisation gives you the opportunity to visit it for free.

The all-expenses paid trip is given under the Visit Korea 2023-2024 program.

The requirements to participate are relatively simple, but require inspiration.

-You must be a non-Korean citizen and reside outside of Korea.
-You must have an active passport for the dates of the trip.

Applications for the trip close on April 19 and the trip will take place from May 20 to 24. Results are expected on April 30.
These are the practical requirements. But they are not the only ones.

The applicant must create a theme with personal stories, memories or connections to Korea. Including photos and videos will improve your chances and the text should not exceed 3,000 characters.
