Athens International Airport: 16.3% increase in passenger traffic in April

Domestic and international passenger traffic exceeded the previous year's figures by 4.1% and 21.7% respectively

Athens International Airport’s passenger traffic during April 2024 reached 2.49 million, up 16.3% compared to April 2023 levels, the company announces.

In detail, both domestic and international passenger traffic exceeded last year’s respective figures by 4.1% and 21.7%.

Overall, in the first four months of the year, the airport’s traffic reached 7.7 million passengers, an increase of 16.5%. Passenger traffic, both domestic and international, grew by 8.4% and 20.2% respectively.
