Melina Taprantzi: “Culture, Tourism, and Food in Greece are Interconnected”
Wise Greece, with the support of the TUI Care Foundation, is bringing the groundbreaking program “Future Shapers Greece” to Greece for the first time, which will be implemented over the next two years in our country.

This program aims to support and promote the sectors of Culture, Tourism, Gastronomy, Natural Cosmetics, and Arts & Crafts, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and creativity. On this occasion, the President of Wise Greece spoke with protothema.gr and Nikos Thrasyvoulos.

She explained what this program entails and what unique opportunities it offers. She also shared how the idea for Wise Greece was born 11 years ago, during which it has distinguished itself and received international awards. Among other things, she mentioned that the program will conclude with a two-day boot camp in Athens, covering all expenses for participants coming from the provinces, where the best ideas will compete, and the two top ideas selected by the jury will receive cash prizes of €6,000 and €3,000, respectively, to further develop their concepts!
