Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement reached after 14 months – Hostages to be released (updated)

The US plan that was agreed upon includes urgent humanitarian aid to Gaza, as well as the provision of 200,000 tents, as many people have lost their homes due to bombings

Newsroom January 15 07:04

Israel and Hamas appear to have finally agreed to the plan which includes the return of a certain number of hostages held by Hamas since October 7, 2023, and the “Black Sabbath” and the release of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails.

Earlier the same sources noted that there has been a “new stumbling block” with Hamas arguing over the timing of the withdrawal of Israeli forces from parts of the Palestinian enclave, but it appears that these too have been overcome.
