Railroad Safety Department officers shot and wounded two people today, including a man who was grabbing a swastika at a railroad station in Paris, and then pulled out a gun, a police source told Agence France-Presse.

When checked by police, the man, who was spray painting a swastika, pulled out a gun.

Railway security police officers responded by firing their service weapons, the source said.

The man and another person were injured.
