Earlier, at 17:21, another earthquake of 3.5 magnitude occurred in the same area, with the epicenter located 11 kilometers northwest of Karyes and a depth of 13 kilometers.

These tremors have caused concern in the region, though no significant damage or injuries have been reported so far.
