Opinion poll: ND leads by 12.2 points, Plefsi Eleftherias in second place with 15.9%

The government should focus on inflation and the Tempi tragedy, say citizens – Justice is the second most important issue after economic concerns – PASOK has lost 6.1 points since November

Newsroom March 19 08:51

The Opinion Poll survey, presented on Action 24’s main news bulletin, places Zoe Konstantopoulou’s party, Plefsi Eleftherias, in second place. Meanwhile, Kyriakos Mitsotakis maintains a strong lead for the premiership, and ND remains at the same levels as the European elections in voting intention, while PASOK continues to decline. The survey was completed on March 18, two months after the last published poll by the company, and examines the political landscape following an intense two-month period dominated by protests over the Tempi tragedy.

Voting Intentions

ND has suffered a decline of 2.7 points since January (from 30.8% to 28.1%) but remains the leading party with a 12.2-point lead over Plefsi Eleftherias, which has now reached 15.9%. The latter has seen a 10% increase, becoming a key platform for the expression of public outrage and protest.

PASOK continues to lose ground, dropping from 20.4% in November to 17.4% in January, and now down to 14.3%. SYRIZA has also declined from 7.5% in January to 6%. Other party results include:

  • New Left: 1.2% (previously 2.1%)
  • Kasselakis’ Party: 2.4% (previously 4.2%)

Only two parties—Plefsi Eleftherias and Hellenic Solution—have gained ground in the past two months, with a combined increase of 13%.
