The 1st Cantina Academy kicks off in Larisa – Full program (videos-photos) (Upd.)

The vision of Cantina Academy

Newsroom April 30 10:29

Cantina Academy is a series of conference-style events that will take place throughout the year at selected locations across Greece.

Each event is a combination of talks, panels, and workshops focusing on the nutritional and agricultural culture of each region.

The invited speakers at Cantina Academy are Greek and international experts, recognized in their fields, who share their knowledge, experiences, and case studies that make a difference both in Greece and internationally.

The Vision of Cantina Academy

The importance of nutrition for human health, the growing need for quality raw materials, climate change, and the rapid growth of tourism create a mix that urgently requires specific responses, directions, and strategies. These elements aim to shape a sustainable future, ultimately seeking to transform Greece’s production landscape.

The mission of Cantina Academy is to empower local organizations, producers, and companies to drive positive change, drawing on specialized knowledge, practical tools, and inspiration from leading entrepreneurs, academics, chefs, and industry producers.

Cantina Academy will take place in regions where Greece produces. Consistently supporting primary and secondary production, its goal is to help identify profitable solutions and provide training for producers.

Larisa has been chosen as the location for the 1st Cantina Academy, as it lies at the heart of Greece’s food production.
