A survey conducted through Reddit users by the website insidermonkey.com asked the question: “Who are the most beautiful women in the world?” The result awarded Greek women the bronze medal, with women from Greece surpassing global beauty powerhouses like Russia and Sweden.

At the top of the list—compiled based on the number of comments made by Reddit users—are Colombian women, who received 345 votes. According to the survey, Colombians “embody the most ideal beauty standard in the world, with healthy hair, exotic eyes, and feminine expressions.”

In second place, with 324 votes, were Polish women, “mainly because of their good genes. Most have beautiful cheekbones, full lips, and fair skin.”

Greek women came in third with 311 votes from Reddit users, “as they are more beautiful than the natural wonders of their country.”

Fourth place went to Russian women, also with 311 votes, thanks to their blue, gray, and brown eyes. Fifth place went to Czech women (301 votes), “because they are strikingly beautiful with a look that sets them apart from other women.”

Swedish women were ranked sixth with 296 votes, followed by Icelandic women in seventh with 284 votes. Women from both countries stood out for the combination of blonde hair and blue eyes.

American women took the 8th spot (281 votes), Brazilian women came 9th (276 votes), “because they differ from Caucasians,” and Japanese women rounded out the top 10 with 269 votes.
