Units from the department, along with members of EKAM and OAKKE, who are present in the area, are conducting raids on houses following intelligence about a large drug trafficking network operating there.

Reports also indicate that specific Roma individuals, who are part of criminal circles, are the targets. They allegedly use the workers’ housing as a cover to distribute drugs. A significant amount of money has already been found inside a sack, and at least 10 people have been detained, with arrests expected.

Units from the Organized Crime Service, along with EKAM and OPKE officers present in the area, are executing searches based on information about a vast drug distribution network operating there.

Reports indicate that the targets are specific Roma individuals, who belong to criminal circles and use workers’ housing as a cover to distribute drugs. Police are said to have already made an unknown number of arrests.
