The 37-year-old perpetrator of two attacks in Exarchia and Alexandra Boulevard within 24 hours has been in police hands since yesterday.

This is the mystery man, who attacked a 67-year-old woman in the Exarchia area on Thursday afternoon and while he was wanted by the authorities, he “struck” again by beating a 37-year-old the next morning.

As the two victims have testified, the assailant attacked them completely unprovoked and hit them furiously on the head.

In the second attack, he stopped the 37-year-old man while he was walking on Alexandra Avenue, told him to take off his headphones, and punched him in the face in cold blood. In fact, during his arrest, police officers found a pair of scissors and a pair of cutters in his bag.
