Wanda Nara – Mauro Icardi: Police stepped in after 10-hour to let footballer see his daughters

The ongoing feud between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi took a dramatic turn this weekend, as the Argentine footballer had to wait 10 hours and involve the police before he was finally allowed to see his daughters

Newsroom July 1 10:54

According to the court-ordered custody agreement, Icardi was scheduled to pick up his two daughters for a visit. He arrived at 11 a.m. at the apartment where Wanda lives with the children — a property he owns — but she refused to hand over the girls, citing personal and psychological reasons.

At first, Icardi and his team tried to reason with her calmly, reminding her of the legal obligation. However, tensions quickly escalated. Security guards at the luxury apartment complex got involved, and eventually neighbors called the police as the situation became public.

¿VAN A LA JUSTICIA?😱🔥 Los vecinos de Wanda quedaron en llamas luego del operativo desplegado en la puerta de su casa el día en el que la mediática debía entregar a sus hijas a Icardi.

Icardi also contacted Child Protective Services and informed the police that he planned to file a complaint against his ex-wife.

After a 10-hour standoff, the daughters were finally handed over to their father. Icardi announced further legal action, with his lawyers stating:

“It’s not acceptable for every visit to depend on Wanda’s mood.”

Wanda, meanwhile, faced online backlash but claimed Icardi was using their children to manipulate her emotionally. Both avoided direct shots on social media, but Icardi did post a story showing a raised hand — mimicking Johnny Depp’s gesture after his court win — while Wanda replied with a TV appearance, saying “many lies were told” and shared photos flaunting the engagement ring Icardi once gave her.
