The Government Council for National Security (KYSEA) is currently in session at the Maximos Mansion, chaired by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, with a focus on the rapidly unfolding geopolitical developments in the Middle East.

The ongoing crisis in the region and the broader international turbulence are creating new dynamics that also impact Greece, prompting the government to closely monitor the situation.

This marks the third KYSEA meeting in the past 20 days, following similar sessions held on June 13 and June 22.
