A luxurious lifestyle combined with criminal activity was uncovered by the Hellenic Police during investigations into the Turkish mafia in Greece. The six arrested individuals were living in a villa in the Oropos area and using expensive cars for their movements.
During the operation, police located six Turkish nationals specializing in drug trafficking. The suspects appeared to have taken care not only of their criminal activities but also of their lifestyle, choosing a luxury residence and flashy vehicles.
According to photos published by protothema.gr, the arrestees were residing in a detached house in Oropos with a swimming pool and a barbecue, offering complete seclusion, while for transportation they used luxury cars.

At the same time, police seized handwritten notes found during the searches, containing detailed amounts and names of clients allegedly connected to the network.
Police sources emphasize that, although the core members of Turkish mafia organizations have already been arrested, it is not ruled out that other Turks may attempt to set up new networks in the country in order to continue their criminal activities.

Meanwhile, the Athens Prosecutor’s Office filed criminal charges against the six Turks arrested by Hellenic Police during the ongoing investigation into the activities of Turkish mafia members in Greece.
Specifically, the six detainees were charged with drug trafficking (felony) and illegal possession of weapons in complicity.
