The Cabinet meeting began with the opening statement of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

  • Briefing by the Minister of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, Sofia Zacharaki, regarding the start of the new school and academic year – preparation and innovations,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Development, Takis Theodorikakos, of legislative initiatives for the regulation of economic activities, the acceleration of strategic investments, industry, and social entrepreneurship,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Environment and Energy, Stavros Papastavrou, of the Spatial and Urban Planning Code,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgos Gerapetritis, of the bill for establishing the Office of the Greek Presidency of the Council of the European Union,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Interior, Thodoris Livanios, of the bill on implementing measures for Regulation 2024/900 regarding transparency and targeting of political advertising,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Culture, Lina Mendoni, of the bill to combat forgery of artworks and collectible objects, as well as the destruction or damage of works of art,
  • Presentation by the Minister of Rural Development and Food, Kostas Tsiaras, of the bill on sustainable fishing,
  • Presentation by the Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, Pavlos Marinakis, of the bill on the licensing of regional television stations.
