Two weeks ago, the 50-year-old mother shared a post featuring black-and-white photos of her son, expressing her faith and support for the 31-year-old singer as he prepares for a major musical comeback.

“We’re with you and always praying for you, Justin. I declare freedom, strength, purity, and healing over you. Every chain of fear, confusion, and pain be broken in Jesus’ name,” she wrote, also calling on the Holy Spirit to surround him with “truth, light, and protection.”
However, Justin’s response came later—and with a noticeably sarcastic tone:
“The only thing I need healing from is my pinky toe that I stubbed playing ping pong.”
Posted on October 5, the comment was widely interpreted as a public dismissal of his mother’s emotional gesture, possibly hinting at strained ties between them.
This reaction comes at a time when Bieber is reportedly attempting a return to the music scene following a challenging period of mental and physical health issues—including his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis in 2022, which caused partial facial paralysis.
