International success in Dubai for young Greek lawyer – Honored in Sheikh-sponsored program

Greek lawyer Giannis Petras earned the prestigious “Outstanding Project Award” in Dubai, marking a significant international achievement

Newsroom November 14 01:48

Originally from Piraeus and with just four years in Dubai, Petras has quickly risen within the Middle East’s largest law firm. Beyond his legal career, he became the first Greek selected for the elite “Dubai Business Associates” (DBA) program, an initiative sponsored by the Sheikh of Dubai. Only 0.5% of applicants are accepted, making his selection a remarkable honor.

As one of the “future global leaders,” Petras is part of a select group chosen to strengthen ties between their home countries and Dubai through business and cultural connections. During the program, he won the Outstanding Project Award and was invited to meet the Sheikh in his private residence.
