The Supreme Court of Italy has ruled that a divorce will be in favor of the one who cheats second.
The case was about the alimony and court expenses of a couple were the husband had been involved in a relationship. His wife decided to file for a divorce but in the mean time she got involved in an extramarital relationship.
The Supreme Court ruled that it is the husband’s responsibility that the marriage broke up. Many law analysts say that this legalizes in a way the “retaliation” as it is just a reaction to the actual infidelity that happened first.
