The collaboration between Wyndham Hotel Group and Zeus International, starting with Wyndham Grand Athens, was the first presence of the international chain in Greece.

The hotel in downtown Athens was the strong base on which it was decided to jointly extend the strategic partnership between Zeus International and Wyndham Hotel Group by taking over the development and management of 20 hotel units in the next 10 years.

Today, one year after the opening of Wyndham Grand Athens, Zeus International already counts 6 hotels in 2017, with an expansion of 3 new projects by spring 2018.

Following the Wyndham Loutraki Poseidon Resort and the Ramada Loutraki Poseidon Resort, which began operating in May 2017, the Dolce Attica Riviera, the Ramada Attica Riviera and the Wyndham Grand Residences will follow on the first quarter of 2018.

Dolce Attica Riviera -the 1st franchise with Dolce brand worldwide- will be a resort with 346 rooms in Vravrona. Within walking distance of Athens, the hotel retains its idyllic character and offers the ultimate scenery for unforgettable holidays by the sea. The customer can enjoy excellent accommodation through a wide range of choices between rooms, bungalows and suites that cater to every modern need and desire. Finally, spacious halls with a maximum capacity of 1700 people ensure the best performance for conferences, wedding receptions and all social events.

Respectively, Ramada Attica Riviera will offer an excellent choice for unique accommodation and sophisticated services, with 129 rooms in Mati. Right on the seafront, the hotel offers the perfect retreat for couples, whether it’s an unforgettable wedding, a social gathering, a corporate event with the two specially designed conference halls having a capacity of 30 to 120 people to meet all the needs of the customers. Finally, Wyndham Grand Residences & Suites is planned to be located in the center of Athens, in Metaxourgeio, with 94 luxurious suites of unique aesthetics, with a view at the Acropolis.
