Greeks champions Panathinaikos BC opened their 2018-19 Euroleague basketball campaign with a win against Israeli team Maccabi Tel Aviv at the OAKA stadium in Athens, Thursday night. Matt Lojeski led the scoring for the Greens with 20 points, while Keith Langford added another 13 for his team.
