After killing the animal the man bragged about at the local coffee shop it saying he dared anyone to come and call him out on it or report him. He said he killed the kitten because it tore the rubbish bags near his house.

The unscrupulous perpetrator was arrested by the police of the Agiasos department last weekend when his acquaintances complained that he shot the unfortunate animal. Police have opened an official complaint against him for killing an animal which, in addition to the criminal prosecution, also provides for an administrative fine of 30,000 euros.
