“There was sex between boys aged 7-11 and the staff watched” – Deputy Labor Minister Domna Michailidou for orphanage

The workers who forced the children have sex are women

Newsroom December 23 12:15

The complaints that reached the hands of the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Domna Michailidou about what was happening in an orphanage in Athens have caused shock.

According to what she told ANT1 TV channel today, boys aged 7 to 11 were forced into sexual acts between them, with the staff watching.

“I received a formal complaint from three people related to the orphanage that told me that there was violence against children and sex between children, specifically boys, aged 7 to 11 and the staff was sitting and watching. I filed a complaint with the prosecutor and the next day I ‘froze’ the state funding. Experts went there yesterday and examined the children one by one. Four children were removed to be examined at the Children’s Hospital, so that they are in a neutral environment and we can understand what is happening. They are children who have been removed from their families by a prosecutor’s order”, she stated.

According to Domna Michailidou, the workers who made the children have sex are women.

As she noted, an investigation is already pending against the orphanage, following a previous indictment, as it was found that it housed many more children than reported to the competent authorities, also referring to the irrational explanations given by the head of the institution.
