Maria Sakkari confirmed her participation in the Netflix tennis documentary series.
The Greek tennis star said she was excited about her participation in the documentary series which will be reminiscent of F-1 Drive to Survive. The series will focus on the lives of athletes mainly in the Grand Slam.

“Yes, it is true that I will participate, we have started, the team that is working on it is awesome and I am very excited to be and go. I’m a big fan of the documentaries they have made. I think it is a very good idea, it will do good in our sport. So far everything is going perfectly”, said Maria Sakkari in the press conference after the qualification against Zeng.

Stefanos Tsitsipas will be part of the documentary.
