Giant squid “washed up” alive off the coast of Japan (video)

The squid has already been transferred to the Echizen Matsushima Aquarium in Sakai Prefecture

A giant squid 3.35 meters long was washed alive off the coast of western Japan with a weight of 80 kg.

The giant squid was found on Ugu Beach in Obama, Fukui Province, off the coast of the Sea of Japan.

It was spotted by a resident of the area and informed the competent services.
