A gun attack took place on Monday night in Brussels with two men wearing Swedish football shirts, ahead of their Euro 2024 qualifier against Belgium, ultimately losing their lives.

According to initial information, the gunman opened fire in the center of the city, killing two people and injuring another.

The gunman reportedly shouted “Allahu Akbar”.

The shooting occurred around 7:15 p.m. (local time) on Ypres Avenue.
