A 10-year-old girl who is being treated in serious condition is the toll so far of the Iranian attack on Israel.

The child, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service, was injured by either rocket fragments or debris from an IDF interceptor near the southern Israeli city of Birzeba.

There were no other reports of injuries as a result of the Iranian attack.

Israeli sources report that nearly all of the Iranian drones launched late Saturday night have been shot down.
