Much debate has been sparked since Monday night following Elon Musk‘s gesture on the stage of the stadium (Capital One Arena) where the parade honoring Donald Trump was held, with many accusing the South African mogul of a Nazi salute.

He has so far not responded directly to the accusation against him, but a response he gave in a post on X indicates that he probably rejects the Nazi salute.

 Yet already the “dust” has been raised with media outlets from Israel such as Haaretz writing of “a Roman salute, a fascist salute mostly associated with Nazi Germany.”
