In particular, Dendias made known:

Following the relevant briefing of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Foreign Minister Georgios Gerapetritis, I met today at the Ministry of National Defence with the Ambassador of France, Ms. Laurence Auer, from whom I requested an official briefing on the information about the sale of METEOR missiles to Türkiye by a consortium in which France participates.

I expressed to the French Ambassador the strong opposition of Greece to such a possibility, which is not in line with the excellent strategic relations between the two countries.
