Delegations from the United States and Russia are set to meet tomorrow, February 27, in Istanbul.

The two sides will discuss the mutual reopening of their embassies, according to a report by Turkey’s Anadolu news agency, citing a statement from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
