Specifically, as newmoney reveals today, after the initial unsuccessful auction, with Intrum, which took place on March 12, the repeat auction is scheduled for May 2, -unless there are suspension moves until then-, which concerns their properties in two popular areas of the “island of winds”, Choulakia and Agios Ioannis Diakofti.

The property in Houlakia

The first property is a field of 5.752,11 sq.m, which is located in “Choulakia” of Mykonos and has an area of 5.752,11 sq.m. The field was acquired by Ekaterini Malamatina in July 2007. However, since September 2005, a building permit for the construction of houses was issued, according to which four houses with a basement were to be built, with a surface area of 234.50 m² on each floor.
