Who PASOK puts in the frame of responsibility for Tempi – Today the proposal for the Pre-Investigation

The signatures of PASOK MPs are being collected

Newsroom May 19 06:42

The 60-page proposal to set up a preliminary committee, charging crime for disrupting the safety of cycling transport, is being filed hourly by PASOK.

The proposal puts former Infrastructure and Transport Minister Kostas Achilleas Karamanlis and his deputy ministers, Michalis Papadopoulos in the frame of responsibility for the Tempi tragedy, Giorgos Karagiannis, Giannis Kefalogiannis, the former minister in the SYRIZA/ANEL government, Christos Spirtzi, and deputy ministers during his term of office, Mr. Nikos Mavraganis, Thanos Moraitis, and Mrs. Marina Chrysoveloni.

According to the same information, although there has been a caveat regarding Mr. Spirtzi, his name was included in the proposal, as this is what the Parliament and the Judicial Council find.
