New Israeli attacks on the Iranian cities of Siraz and Tabriz on Friday afternoon, reports in the Islamic Republic say. Specifically, the Iranian news agency Fars reported attacks in Tabriz, near the city’s airport. “A few minutes ago, new explosions were heard in East Azerbaijan province, state television said.

The Tasnim news agency notes that an earlier series of attacks hit 10 locations in the province, killing at least three people. State television also reports that a senior adviser to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was wounded during the overnight attack in Israel.“Ali Samhani, an adviser to Supreme Leader… was wounded in today’s attack by the Zionist regime,”it says.
