ALCO recorded a new rise for New Democracy (ND) compared to the early May survey, as presented in Alpha TV’s evening news. The ruling party reaches 25% in vote intention based on valid votes, while Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis gains five points compared to ALCO’s March poll.

Plefsi Eleftherias dropped to third place with significant losses over 2 points, while PASOK rose to second place with a slight increase of 0.3 points, also improving its voter consolidation. PASOK also gained 1 point, reaching 14% in response to the question of which party offers an alternative governance plan, while Plefsi dropped 3 points, falling to 6%.

SYRIZA shows major losses, with only 28% voter consolidation, down 9 points from ALCO’s May poll. It remains in sixth place, while Kasselakis’s party sees a marginal increase of 0.2 points in valid vote intention — close to the parliamentary entry threshold. SYRIZA’s biggest losses go to Plefsi Eleftherias and the Democracy Movement. Also near the parliamentary threshold are Niki, MeRA25, and Voice of Logic. It’s worth noting that ALCO did not provide a final vote estimate.

Hellenic Solution loses half a point but remains in fourth place, while the KKE (Communist Party) gains half a point.

Minister Popularity

The most popular ministers among all voters are:

3. Kostis Hatzidakis
4. Adonis Georgiadis

Among ND voters, Georgiadis moves to second place and Hatzidakis drops to third.

Next in popularity among the general public are:

Notably, 55% of respondents believe Prime Minister Mitsotakis should also be held accountable for the Tempi train tragedy, while 56% view the next elections as a chance for a protest vote.
