Protothema.gr on site after Iranian missile strike in Be’er Sheva – View video

At least four people killed by Tehran’s strike on a residential building – Scenes of destruction as rescue teams search for survivors – The first Greek media outlet on the ground

Yiannis Charamidis June 24 12:23

At least four people were killed after an Iranian ballistic missile struck a residential building in the city of Be’er Sheva in southern Israel early Tuesday morning (June 24), just hours after U.S. President Donald Trump officially announced a ceasefire between Israel and Iran.

Protothema.gr correspondents Marinos Aleiferis and Yiannis Charamidis, reporting directly from the war zone, were the first Greek journalists to arrive at the scene. They captured exclusive footage and eyewitness accounts from the area hit by the missile, as rescue crews worked desperately through the rubble in search of survivors.

At 8:00 a.m. (Greek time), President Trump reiterated that the ceasefire was now in effect. The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office also confirmed its acceptance of the truce. Trump urged both sides to honor the ceasefire agreement and warned that any renewed attack from Iran would trigger an immediate and forceful Israeli response.
