The 335 Squadron of the 116 Combat Wing, based at Araxos Air Base, participated in the “NATO Tiger Meet 2025” exercise from September 19 until today, Friday, October 3, which took place at Beja Air Base in Portugal.

According to an announcement by the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, the squadron took part with four F-16 aircraft and the corresponding personnel.

In total, more than 80 aircraft from 12 countries participated in the exercise, including Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, and the Czech Republic, as well as NATO.

The exercise included Composite Air Operations (COMAO) missions, covering the full spectrum of air operations in realistic tactical scenarios, the announcement emphasized.
