The American Secretary of State emphasized that the final issues are always the most difficult

Speaking to reporters during a press conference, Rubio added that the last issues are always the most difficult.

The U.S. Secretary of State insisted that the United States has “invested a lot of time” trying to end the war in Ukraine. “There is a reason why this war hasn’t ended,” Rubio added before stating that “this is not our war.”

“They have told us… that there is only one country in the world that can really speak to both sides. That is the United States,” he said.
