Horrific allegations against Iran’s regime: Injured protesters executed in hospitals, girls detained and raped

Allegations speak of daily executions and sexual violence against detainees - Over 207 executions in the past three weeks

Newsroom February 12 11:54

Serious allegations of systematic executions of anti-regime protesters in Iran have emerged, with sources claiming that security forces even raid hospitals to kill injured people receiving treatment.

According to reports cited by the New York Post and the Jerusalem Post, shocking videos are circulating within the country that allegedly show security forces raiding hospitals looking for individuals injured during last month’s protests, during which thousands are reported to have been killed in the crackdown.

“They were in hospitals, with IVs or oxygen tubes attached,” one source said about the victims. “And when you look more closely, you realize they had been shot in the head. They were executed — given the finishing shot — inside the hospital,” the source added.

Another source claimed the executions occur “daily,” and also spoke of widespread sexual violence against protesters, stating that “some of the girls held in detention have asked their families to send them contraceptive pills.”

However, these specific claims have not been confirmed by other independent media.

The same organization warns that, beyond those already executed, hundreds of prisoners face imminent risk of death, many being held without fair trial or official family notification.

Campaign leaders also denounce that lawyers and doctors who assisted protesters have been targeted by the regime. “As part of strengthening the climate of repression and public intimidation, the regime has arrested lawyers, doctors, and medical staff, indicating its growing fear of the courageous uprising last January,” the statement reads.
