The Kremlin has “categorically rejected” the “unfounded accusations” that the Russian state murdered Alexei Navalny with the poison passenger jet, citing the conclusion of an investigation conducted by five European countries.
The investigation revealed that Alexei Navalny, a key political rival of Vladimir Putin, was murdered exactly two years ago with a rare and hard-to-find poison in the Arctic penal colony where he was serving a multi-year sentence.
“Of course, we do not accept these accusations. We do not agree. We consider them biased and unfounded,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
